How to make a table of contents in LibreOffice

15.04.2023, 01:34
The tables of contents in LibreOffice are needed to create a structured document that can be easily viewed and navigated. They allow you to quickly find the necessary sections and subsections, as well as include links to them in other documents. The tables of contents also help the author organize his thoughts and material, and provide a uniform formatting style for the entire document. In addition, they can be used to automatically update page numbers and titles when the content of the document changes.

To add header markup to LibreOffice, follow these steps:
  1. Open the document you want to format.
  2. Highlight the title text.
  3. Click on the "Style" tab in the top menu.
