Since the founding of PQ.Hosting in 2019, we have faced numerous challenges, but each year we have maintained our prices at a minimal level, understanding how important it is for you, our clients, to have access to affordable and stable servers.

We have worked to ensure that you can focus on your projects without worrying about external changes. For us, it has been and remains a priority that your life and business continue to move forward despite all external challenges and difficulties. We take pride in having done everything possible to improve the quality of our services and are pleased to announce that the majority of our servers in 42 countries worldwide have already migrated to a 10 Gbps connection, providing you with incredible speed and stable performance.

Unfortunately, we must acknowledge that times have changed and the world has become much more complex. In recent years, we have had to confront issues that seemed almost impossible to predict when we embarked on this journey.

Political instability has solidified uncertainty, and we, like you, have become captives of this situation. Wars in Europe, Africa, and the Middle East only heighten the likelihood of so-called "black swan" events, which are nearly impossible to predict. They can fundamentally alter the situation on a global scale.

Another unpredictable factor is climate change and natural disasters. Hurricane Milton in the U.S., widespread flooding across Europe, earthquakes in Japan — these are just some of the events from 2024. You can read more about the reasons and trends here at the link.

For example, the devastating earthquake in Turkey highlighted the importance of having reliable data centers, and we are proud to have maintained stable operations even under such circumstances.

The rise of remote work has led to increased cyber threats. We knew we could not retreat, so we significantly strengthened security measures to protect your data and infrastructure, proudly developing innovative solutions in the field of cybersecurity.

Now, as the world continues to change, we must adapt and seek pathways for sustainable development. Attention to climate change issues is growing, and we are doing everything to integrate sustainable practices into our operations by using energy-efficient servers and optimizing data center operations. We understand our responsibility to you and to the planet, and we continue to adhere to all standards of safety and efficiency.

Our company’s staff continues to grow, and our equipment is being improved so that we can maintain a high level of service. Unfortunately, all of this has led to an increase in our expenses, and we understand that price changes may be the only measure we need to take. Many colleagues in the hosting industry revised their pricing policies several years ago, but we have stood by you, safeguarding your interests. Despite all our efforts, it has come time for us to make the difficult decision to adjust our pricing policy in order to maintain the quality and stability of our services.

At the same time, we will keep the server rental prices the same across all locations. The costs of rack rentals, electricity, and other data center services vary from country to country. For example, it is higher in Western Europe. As a result, in some locations, we are forced to break even or even operate at a loss. We understand how critically important server location is for our clients. Therefore, we will maintain a uniform pricing structure for all our services, irrespective of external factors.

We apologize for this change, but we assure you that it is dictated solely by necessity. Starting January 1, 2025, the cost of our services will increase. However, until that date, you have the opportunity to pay for any plan at the current price.
