MivoCloud is a European cloud provider. Today, the company's main focus is on IaaS: the user assembles a virtual data center from VPS, networks, and routers and pays strictly for the actual uptime and volume of resources used.
Security
The provider states there is basic DDoS filtering at the data center perimeter; the details of the limit and filtering duration depend on the location. Backups are created on a schedule and stored for 30 days, but this is connected as a separate option.
Pricing Policy
Based on our analysis, MivoCloud belongs to the budget-to-mid-range segment with a focus on VPS infrastructure. The pricing grid includes fixed packages, and the tariffs themselves are aimed at users for whom the balance between cost and VPS specifications is important.
Infrastructure
For VPS, KVM virtualization is used, which ensures full isolation of virtual machines and predictable resource allocation. The service descriptions emphasize NVMe storage and the absence of overselling. The network is advertised with gigabit ports and unlimited traffic; beyond the limit, the speed is throttled to 100 Mbps until the next billing period. Standard management tools are provided: OS selection, console access, and the ability to upload your own ISO image. Assistance with project migration and the issuance of additional IPv4 addresses and IPv6 subnets upon request are also mentioned.
Data Centers
The geography covers four countries: Moldova, Romania, the USA, and Russia. All facilities are Tier III, with dual power feeds and backup diesel generators. Technically, you cannot move a server from one location to another: you will have to order a new instance and migrate the data yourself. However, you can choose a "hot" standby: for an additional fee, they keep an identical configuration in a neighboring data enter and switch over within 3 minutes if the main site goes offline.

Technologies Used
Public descriptions mention a proprietary control panel, as well as the ability to install an OS manually via ISO. KVM virtualization is used for VPS; Linux distributions and Windows are supported. Additional network capabilities allow for more flexible infrastructure configuration than the basic "one server — one IP" setup.
Customer Support
24/7 support via tickets and Telegram is advertised; according to public statements, simple requests are processed within 10 minutes, complex ones — are forwarded to engineers and require time for diagnosis.
