The company focuses on the US market and English-speaking users, offering a wide range of entry-level solutions: shared, VPS, dedicated servers, and managed WordPress hosting. The services are designed for typical infrastructure tasks: business card websites, blogs, online stores, test pages, and small corporate projects.

Security  

DDoS protection is included by default and operates at the network level; exact attack thresholds are not disclosed in public documents. Backups are created daily and stored for 30 days for shared plans; on VPS and dedicated servers, backup is available as a paid option. Data recovery is performed via a ticket within 24–48 hours. SSH/SFTP authorization logs are available in the panel's file system; the retention period is not announced.

Pricing Policy  

The provider operates in the "mid-plus" price segment. Initial plans look attractive, but the standard price applies upon renewal. The pricing structure includes discounts for annual prepayment, as well as a free domain for the first year. The cost of additional sites, databases, and mailboxes is displayed immediately in the cart and contains no hidden fees. Dedicated servers are a separate offering and are designed for tasks where performance, not minimum cost, is the priority.

Infrastructure  

For shared plans, an Apache cluster + NGINX proxy is used; on higher-tier plans, LiteSpeed is connected. For VPS and dedicated servers, KVM virtualization and SSD storage are stated without specifying the RAID level. For the network — gigabit upstream channels, unlimited traffic; a dedicated 1 Gbit/s port is available only on dedicated servers. Management is performed via cPanel: OS selection, reboot, basic monitoring of load and disk; loading custom ISO is not supported.

Datacenters  

Hosting is available in only one location — a Tier III datacenter in Orem (Utah, USA) with redundant power supply and diesel generators. Latency to Moscow is approximately 160–180 ms, to New York — about 60 ms, to Los Angeles — roughly 25 ms. Transferring an existing server to another country is not provided: when changing regions, you will need to create a new account and perform data migration manually. However, the location in the central part of the USA provides comparably low latency for both the east and west coasts.
