ArionVPS is an American budget provider, launched in 2016 and focused on instant VPS/VDS activation. The company hosts nodes in the USA, Germany, Switzerland, and Russia, emphasizing low prices and full root access.
Security
Basic DDoS protection is active by default and implemented at the network level. Threshold values are not disclosed: restrictions may be automatically applied during a sudden traffic surge. There are no automatic backups — the client chooses and configures their own backup method. Authentication logs are available in the SolusVM panel, but the provider does not specify their retention period.
Pricing Policy
The provider focuses on the affordable segment: a basic VPS can be connected with monthly billing, and the price is fixed for the entire contract term. An annual prepayment grants a permanent discount, and prices for additional IP addresses and subnets are listed in the price list upfront, with no hidden fees. Infrastructure

Ping to Moscow — 35–45 ms (Frankfurt), to Los Angeles — 25 ms, to Zurich — 18 ms. You can only move a server between regions manually: order a new instance and migrate the data yourself. However, low ping across Europe and direct participation in local IXs ensure minimal latency for the regional audience.
