What is the Complaints Loyalty Policy?

We respect the law of each country where we are located, so we are very careful about complaints, even from individuals.

We process each complaint manually, if you have violated the rules and a complaint is received against you, we will stop your server immediately and without a refund.

Why do you need a hosting?

Any Internet resource (website, portal, online store, database, etc.) must be physically located on a server with a permanent access to the Internet. The provision of such a server is called hosting. Good hosting also assumes constant control over equipment, data protection from external threats, software provision and assistance in Internet resource management. We provide all of this - and even more.

What kind of servers are there and how are they differ?

We offer you two types of servers - virtual (VPS / VDS) and dedicated. A dedicated server is a separate physical machine that is completely at the disposal of the client. A virtual server is an emulation of a separate server, however several such servers can be located on one physical machine. A virtual server saves money, while a dedicated server provides more power and absolute control. As a rule, dedicated servers are necessary for large projects, and for a small site it is quite enough to rent a VPS.

What is the difference between VPS and VDS?

Nothing at all. Virtual Privat Server (VPS) and Virtual Dedicated Server (VDS) are two different names for the same technology - virtual server.

What is an SSD and why is it better than an ordinary one?

SSD in English stands for solid-state drive. This is an alternative to the more widespread earlier HDD (hard disk drive). SSD is a more modern and "advanced" storage technology. Firstly, it can significantly increase the write and read speed, so SSDs work significantly faster. Secondly, they are much stronger and more reliable, while being lighter and more compact, and also completely silent. Of course, such disks are more expensive than "regular" HDDs, but we use only NVMe on our servers to provide our clients with the ideal operating speed.

What is KVM virtualization?

We provide a virtual server service. A virtual server is an emulation of a server, while several such servers can be allocated and work simultaneously (independently, isolated from each other) on one physical machine. And to ensure the separation of one "hardware" into several virtual "machines", virtualization technology is needed. KVM is one of such technologies built into the core of Linux operating system. KVM is not inferior to other virtualization technologies by its technical parameters, but at the same time it is much more convenient to work with, so we use KVM on all our virtual servers.

I rent your server for the site. Where exactly will my information be allocated?

All your information will be stored on our servers. And the servers are located in racks of data centers in 26 countries: the Netherlands, Russia, USA, Latvia, Moldova, Hong Kong, Ukraine, Germany, Canada, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Great Britain, Israel, Turkey, Poland, Bulgaria, Romania, Italy, Finland , Hungary, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, Kazakhstan, Serbia, Ireland (your choice). A data center is a specialized data storage room where the ideal temperature and humidity for the operation of the hardware is maintained, several levels of uninterrupted power supply and ultra-high-speed Internet connection are provided. All this is under the round-the-clock supervision of technical specialists and armed guards.

Who will be able to access my information?

What is a DDoS attack? Is there any protection against it?

A DDoS attack is a hacker attack, the purpose of which is to disable temporarily an Internet resource with all respective consequences. Such attacks are often carried out towards online stores or websites of competing firms, or websites of financial, military or political institutions, and sometimes with the aim of simply "revenge" or even "having nothing to do". A DDoS attack usually works like this. A virus program is installed from the hacker's computer to many "unprotected" computers throughout the network, which makes the "zombie computers" access the target address. Often, being not able to hold too large simultaneous influx of "visitors", the target resource becomes unavailable, to put it simply - "lays down". DDoS protection is software that detects and filters out such anomalous activity. We provide reliable protection against DDoS attacks on all of our servers.
